[Bug] Fable model systematically blocked despite non-sensitive use case

Bug Description
You offer Fable, but dont allow to use it. I am working on forests, should not be a sensitive topic as cybersecurity or other subjects. Why is Fable always, systematicakky, forbidden? Do you realise this is going to be a very solid argument to go for another model?
