[Bug] Fable integration fails with security/audit use case

Bug Description
i cannot use fable even though i am using it to tighten security / audit my own work and it keeps on failing and does not allow me to use it. why is that? it keeps on switching to Opus with a warning "⏺ Fable 5's safeguards flagged this message. The safeguards are intentionally broad right now and may flag safe and routine coding, cybersecurity, or biology work.
