Title: Gujarati (ગુજરાતી) IME input not working in chat text field

What's Wrong?
Description:
Gujarati text input via Google Input Tools / Windows Gujarati IME does not work when typing directly into the Claude Code chat input field. The same IME works correctly in other applications (e.g., Notepad) — confirmed by testing.
Steps to reproduce:
Enable Gujarati input (Google Input Tools or Windows Gujarati IME)
Type Gujarati text in Notepad → works correctly
Type Gujarati text directly in Claude Code's chat input field → does not compose/insert correctly
Expected: Gujarati characters should compose normally, same as other apps.
Actual: IME composition fails/doesn't insert in the Claude Code input field.
Workaround: Type in Notepad and paste into Claude Code — this works fine.
Environment: Windows 11, Claude Code app
