[Bug] Weekly reset window shifts unexpectedly forward by 1+ days

Bug Description
This is the second time I have observed that my reset for the week window has moved. It was supposed to have been reset today, and when I woke up this morning, it changed to tomorrow. The last time, it moved even more days.
