[FEATURE] Render markdown checkboxes in chat

Problem Statement

Claude often lists its tasks like this:

because of the workflow that I've got set up.

Proposed Solution

It would be useful to have these checkboxes rendered in some way, similar to how Claude Code already renders other markdown elements.

Alternative Solutions

I've tried using the built in task tracker instead but would prefer to do it this way.
