[Feature Request] Add Opus Usage Tracking and Reset Period Visibility

Bug Description
As a Max plan user, I would like to see how much Opus I have consumed. I feel this is a blind spot. By having this information, I would be able to better structure my Opus interventions. I also want to know when is the reset period. At the cost of the Max plan, it's hard to believe we don't know how much of it we have consumed, especially Opus.
