[Bug] Excessive token usage in sessions after 5-hour reset period

Bug Description
i want to highlight that in one of my previous sessions after change over i use to see over utilisation of token (10-20% ) after 5hr reset so i thought not to use old session and start new session after reset and now i started this new session after old showed 5r no token available message and I did not even send any message to make sure it dont trigger even 1 token and kept that session as it is and here already i am seeing 2% usage you cant utilize just with login and no message even sent . its a bug, fix it. Also my account is max 5 account 5hr reset it took out 20% which is insane not sure if others are noticing it . my 5hr hit session id for your refference id is 02091493-c5a3-4345-b22e-xxxxxxx(you can find in old log or my user id if needed) if you want to use it to compare. else ask me the last digits of this willshare.
