[Feature Request] Add Roman Urdu language support to Voice mode

Bug Description
⏺ ---[URGENT] Please add Roman Urdu to Voice mode I depend on voice to work — typing for long is a real struggle for me. But I speak Urdu/Hindi, and Voice mode has no Urdu/Roman Urdu option, so my speech comes out as garbled English ("no one will do", "no two") — unusable for me. Key point: Urdu/Hindi speakers don't write in Urdu or Devanagari script day to day — we write in Roman Urdu (Latin/English alphabet). It's how hundreds of millions of people actually type, so that's the output people want. Why it's an easy fix: Hindi is already supported and Urdu/Hindi are basically the same spoken language — the recognition already works. It just needs to output in Latin script instead of Devanagari. Example — I say aap kaise ho → I want aap kaise ho (not आप कैसे हो,not وہ ےسیک پآ). Please add a language: "roman-urdu" option. It would make a huge difference for me and the many Urdu/Hindi speakers who type in Roman Urdu. Thank you!
