What's Wrong?

When I create a new task in claude agents

I get

  Couldn't reach the background service (background service did not become reachable within 45s) — run 'claude daemon status'

Using Warp terminal on Windows 11 Pro 64 Bit

It was working fine 2 days ago

What Should Happen?

Create a new task

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run claude agents
2. Send a new task
3. Error after loading for 10-20s
