[Feature Request] Add Configurable Text Color for User Prompts

Bug Description
Configurable color for user text. Its a dull gray now and make it difficult to see where the user prompt was and where the LLM response is in a wall of text!

I think cursor style customization would also be valuable. Claude Code currently forces a block cursor, overriding the terminal's configured cursor (e.g. vertical blinking line). It would be great to either have an option to preserve the terminal's cursor style or allow it to be configured in settings.json alongside the text color options mentioned in this issue.

I second that, it's very challenging to parse the reams of content when attempting to scroll back through history.
