Problem Statement

The Microsoft 365 connector (Outlook/Calendar/Teams/SharePoint) has no tool for reading Microsoft To Do lists or Planner tasks — blocks any workflow combining inbox/Teams status with task-list data.
Confirmed via the connector's own permission settings — exactly 10 read-only tools (chat_message_search, find_meeting_availability, get_me, outlook_calendar_search, outlook_email_search, outlook_find_available_time, read_resource, sharepoint_folder_search, sharepoint_search, teams_list_chats), no write tools, no Tasks/To Do/Planner tool. Also checked the connector marketplace — no separate To Do/Planner connector exists either.

Proposed Solution

Add Tasks.Read to the connector's OAuth scope request, plus 1–2 tools (e.g. todo_list_tasks, planner_list_tasks) following the existing pattern.

Use Case Example

Personal daily "what's open" briefing across email, Teams, and tasks — email/Teams already work through this connector, tasks can't be reached at all.
