Bug Description
Bug: Claude Code blocks with "session limit reached" while claude.ai/settings/usage shows low consumption - CLI shows: "You've hit your session limit · resets 5:10pm (Europe/Paris)" - claude.ai/settings/usage (web dashboard, checked same time) shows: - Current session: 1% used, resets in 4hr 29min - Weekly (all models): 52% used - Weekly (Fable): 10% used - Account: Claude Max, sole user and admin, no organization sharing - Version: 2.1.216 - Session ID: 605d46b9-cbaf-4d65-833b-3ba8b940c183 - Tried: full WSL terminal restart (closed and reopened window entirely) — issue persists after restart - ps aux confirms only one claude process running, no orphaned background tasks (/bashes shows "No tasks currently running") - Local /status → Usage also shows low usage (1% session / 52% weekly), consistent with web dashboard — but the CLI still blocks with a different reset time (5:10pm vs 7:19pm/4hr29min shown elsewhere)
