[Feature Request] Add option to keep file tabs open after accepting edits

Bug Description
Option to keep IDE diff tabs open after accepting an edit Body: I run Claude Code in the terminal on Windows 11, connected to VS Code. When Claude edits a file, a diff tab opens in the editor and then closes as soon as I accept or reject it. I would like the file to stay open instead. After a change I usually want to read it or edit it myself, and when several files are edited at once the closing tabs make it hard to see what was touched. Please add a setting (for example keepDiffTabsOpen) that leaves the edited file open in a normal tab.
