[Bug] Fable Classifier overflagging legitimate medical analysis pipeline for food triggers

Bug Description
Id like to report a bug regarding the safeguards, im trying to refine my AI diagnosis pipeline and for some reason it gets flagged every single time from the Fable Classifier which is kinda annoying. I am not trying to improve an existing AI model nor do i want to create anything malicious, im simply trying to create an analyses pipeline that helps identifying certain food related triggers in combination of things that were consumed..

The goal is to have an LLM in this case gemini, look over the existing Data that is collected via my app and then check the pre computed stats and come up with possible mechanisms or triggers and improving this also means improving the prompt or other parts of this pipeline which fable refuses every single time..
