[FEATURE] Artifact Status Indicator

Problem Statement

I'm having trouble telling when artifacts are properly updated in the project files or when they are simply waiting to be updated. This has resulted in a scramble to recover something I thought was saved when I moved to a new chat.

Proposed Solution

Add visual indicators to artifacts showing their save status in project knowledge (saved/not saved/modified since save). This would greatly improve project management for users working with multiple documents."

Alternative Solutions

I've considered using the google docs method but would rather not have to go set up a whole new system for my many documents

I'm nearing the maximum chat length, so I need to make sure all of my work is saved to the project files
I should be able to easily see the save status of open artifacts.

Maybe I'm just missing something or assuming incorrectly?
