[Bug] Cross-session state inconsistency between distributed Claude Code instances

Bug Description
▎ Shim invocation captured in one Claude Code session on host A; NUL root cause measured in a second session on host B; class-2 behaviour and its traversal boundary measured on constructed fixtures by those ▎ two sessions independently, from opposite sides of the boundary; the clean-terminal control was run by the human repository owner — that leg is the one no in-session agent can produce, and it is what ▎ distinguishes "two greps differ" from "Claude Code substitutes your grep."
