[Feature Request] Allow credential input for local development servers

Bug Description
\Claude refuses to type a test credential into a login screen for a local dev server. this is ridiculous. i understand for other hosted staging/qa/prod environments, but for a log dev server spun up on my laptio this is just unneccessary friction for the developer.
