[BUG] Api error usage policy violation for simple request

What's Wrong?

Im trying using claude code and every time getting api error sayin im violet user policy but im not, im developing videogame on unity about doctor in post-soviet country i can show proof but im not doing something illega. This happen even when i sat "hello"
