[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Content Blocked by Safety Filter

Bug Description
I keep getting blocked asking this or a similar question, I don't understand why? It's just not the same pondering with Opus :( My idea for the "many-brain sim" is a single central processor whose separate sections each control a different subsystem or set of movements. I was thinking that to build a flying machine with flapping, articulated wings, you'd need a number of CPUs controlling all the moving parts. When I learned about computers 20-odd years ago, a CPU could only do one thing at a time. My understanding is now that CPUs have multiple cores. How many CPUs would be required to control a single articulated flapping wing assembly?
