Feature request: keyboard shortcut to accept the assistant's suggested next action (e.g. Alt+Enter)

The ask

When Claude ends a turn with a suggested next step — often a short phrase to send back (e.g. "say scout it and I'll map it into a brief") — the user has to manually type or paste that phrase to proceed.

A keyboard shortcut (e.g. Alt+Enter, or configurable via keybindings) that accepts the assistant's most recent suggested action — inserting it into the input (or sending it directly) — would make the suggest→confirm loop feel one keystroke long instead of a retype.

Context

• Heavy multi-hour sessions where Claude proposes the next action at the end of most turns ("pull and test", "scout it", "build the chain").
• Applies to the desktop app and CLI both; the CLI already has customizable keybindings (~/.claude/keybindings.json), so a bindable "accept-suggestion" action may be the natural shape.
• Today's nearest equivalent is the AskUserQuestion tappable options, but those only appear when the model explicitly asks a structured question — not for inline suggestions in prose.

Requested by a daily user (vibe-coder workflow, long orchestration sessions).
