Skills and commands share the /name invocation space with no distinction

/deepwiki runs my skill; /commit-message runs a command. Same /name sigil, two different primitive types, no visual cue which is which.
Combined with the way "command" is already overloaded (see the companion vocabulary-overload report), disambiguating "/deepwiki the skill vs deepwiki the MCP server vs deepwiki serve the command" is a lot to hold in your head for one project.
Ask: distinguish skills from commands at the invocation layer — an icon, a separate section, or a distinct prefix — so it's clear which primitive a /name resolves to.
