Scope Remote Control per session type (exclude scheduled tasks)

Problem Statement

Every session shows up in the mobile app's session list as "Connected • Remote control" — including scheduled-task runs (e.g. an hourly automated refresh task), not just interactive sessions I start myself. This means routine, unattended background tasks are just as remote-controllable from my phone as sessions I actually start and want to interact with, with no way to tell them apart or scope the behavior.

Proposed Solution

Add a setting to scope Remote Control by session type: available for sessions I start interactively, but off by default (or independently toggleable) for scheduled/routine task runs. Scheduled tasks should just run and report back, not be remote-controllable from my phone.
