[FEATURE] exclude some words when claude is thinking.

Problem Statement

Due to recent personal events I get triggered when i see a certain name as a verb in the "spinner" where it says its "somethinging (thinking)".
I should probably work on this on my end psychologically and I am. But it would be great if there would be a way to customize or exclude some terms.
I'd very much appreciate this on behalf of all people with the same name that I will do unnecessary unjustice to by being periodically reminded by claude.
