[Bug] Terminal window focus conflicts with mouse click handling on responses

Bug Description
The new(?) mouse interaction with the terminal has been nothing but pain for me. I have accidentally clicked either "Yes" or "No" responses like 15 times now trying to just focus the terminal window
It'd be nice to have an option to turn it off, but I can't find an option for such a thing.

[]The biggest problem here is that the entire row is a clickable area - see the video demonstrating my mouse a mile away from what I'm accidentally clicking on
