[Bug] Terminal forces mouse focus after Claude Code exits

Bug Description
In the most recent version, when I close out claude code, the terminal will force focus of the mouse when i leave focus. The only way to make this go away is either re-launch claude code in that same terminal, at which point focus isn't forced and I can focus on other windows, or I need to kill the terminal window.
