[Bug] Excessive token usage and incomplete incremental responses

Bug Description
token usage is way too high and it feels as if its over using the tokens illogically or unjustifiably so. and to be honest chatGPT seems to do this substantially better, so i know something is wrong. secondly it feels like its half assing everything and giving me things in incrimentation without seeing the obvious intent
