[Bug] Excessive token consumption on small projects with incomplete analysis

Bug Description
çok küçük bir proje var , henüz çok az kod var buna rağmen bir sürü token harcayıp projeyi taramadan yarım yamalak iş yaptı ve bunuda itiraf etti , zaten yapılan işleri yapılmamış gibi bana tavsiy etti .....!!!!

There's a very small project, very little code yet, yet they spent a lot of tokens and did a half-hearted job without properly scanning the project, and they even admitted it. They even recommended the work that was already done as if it hadn't been done at all...!!!!
