[Feature Request] Add option to display per-message timestamps in interactive TUI

Bug Description
Feature request: option to display per-message timestamps in the interactive TUI.

Every message is already recorded with an ISO-8601 timestamp field in the session JSONL under ~/.claude/projects/, but there's no way to surface those times in the live terminal UI. I'd like a setting (settings.json key or /config toggle, and ideally an env var) to show a timestamp next to each user and assistant message during a session, so I can tell how long steps took and when things happened without parsing the raw transcript. A relative-time or absolute-time display option would both be useful.
