transparency what the limits actually are!

Problem Statement

What are the limits?
dont just show percentage but x credits of x used up etc.
where as sonnet tokens are 1 credit, opus on medium are 2..3 credits, ultracode 5 etc.

How many tokens is the 5 hour and weekly limit on pro?
or is this random / dependend on the server load / how often you use it?
it feels like the limit greatly varies without telling the user what the actual limit is

sometimes im htting the limit much quicker than usual,
at the beginning i filled up the limit in about 3 hours, now its like 30..60 minutes and allready gone

its like going into a grocery store and buy some minced meat, you hand over 10 bucks and you dont how much you get that day.. questionable legality
