[Feature Request] Clarify rate limits and quota transparency for Pro plan users

Bug Description
Claude is becoming very useless for me as time goes by. Seems like the quota is being decreased and degraded for the pro users. My weekly quata is showing 70% used in 2 days, using for a few hours a day. Now I will have to wait 5 days to progress on my project. Do I need to look at other options in the market as it seems like we the pro plan users are negleted. The word out there is that Anthropic is working on pushing out the pro users as they do not need them anymore. And it is okay if your business model does not work with pro users. Just let us know that we are not needed, instead of playing trick and making it hard to work on our projects.
