[Bug] Terminal Setup Fails in gnome-terminal - confusing message

Bug Description
I typed /terminal-setup but it tells me to exit tmux/screen and run a temrinal I don't have. I'm confused what I should do. > /terminal-setup
⎿  Terminal setup cannot be run from gnome-terminal.

This is a one-time configuration for better terminal integration.

To configure:

1. Exit tmux/screen temporarily
2. Run /terminal-setup directly in one of these terminals:

• macOS: iTerm2, Apple Terminal
• IDE: VSCode, Cursor, Windsurf
• Other: Ghostty

1. Return to tmux/screen - settings will persist
