[Bug] Anthropic Usage Reset (Codex orchestrator) Without User Consent

Bug Description
Fable 5 that worked as a codex (gpt 5.6 sol) orchestrator thought it was a good idea to use multiple of my /usage resets without any prior approval from my side. It reset twice when I still had over 75% weekly limit available!
