Show cost alongside tools/tokens/duration in agent output summaries

Agent job completion messages show:
- Tools used
- Tokens consumed
- Duration
But not cost. Adding cost (USD) to the summary would help track spend per agent and overall session budget. Should be displayed consistently with tokens/duration format.
