[Bug] Claude models hallucinating domain-specific terminology in code explanations

Bug Description
Opus and Fable sometimes invent new concepts that only they understand, almost like an in-joke that you only understand if you read the whole context. In my case I had a "fridge" sensor somewhere, and the topic was data storage layer related, but both models somehow felt "fridge by design" is a good descriptor for a property of the system.
