[Bug] Fable quota tracking displays incorrect percentage and drains credits prematurely

Question

**Bug Description**
at 7d:22.0% (pace:81%▽) my Fable seession reported that I had used my fable quota for the week (22% is not 50% - I observed) - and proceeded to drain ~$50 from my usage credits - this doesn't seem to add up.
