Bug: Desktop Dispatch (Linux) intermittently missing the "Working Status" indicator during a running task

Bug report

While a task is running, mobile Dispatch reliably shows a "Working Status" indicator. On Desktop Dispatch (Unix/Linux), the same indicator is intermittent — it appears inconsistently, sometimes showing and sometimes not, even though a task is actively running.

Expected behavior

The "Working Status" indicator should appear reliably on desktop whenever a task is running, matching mobile Dispatch's behavior.

Actual behavior

On desktop the indicator appears inconsistently — it is sometimes missing while a task is genuinely running, making it unclear whether Claude is still working.
