[Feature Request] Standardize prompt response keys: 1=yes, 0=no, consistent with common CLI conventions

Bug Description
This feels obvious to me: When Claude is prompting 1 should always be yes, 0 should always be no, and 'how are we doing?' should be a/b/c/d. It's easy to get used to hitting 2 for go ahead and don't ask me about that again, so when 2 is NO you create a hiccup in the flow. Zero you have to reach for.
