[Feature Request] Improve tool usage and clarification prompting in agentic workflows
Bug Description
the performance has been below expectation and extremely frustrating. this isnt the worst example by far. there is plenty of times where it doesnt share obvious solutions, doesnt ask for obvious tools for the industry standard way of handling things, instead it goes throught the dumbest longest hardest route instead of just suggesting the simple more robust and future proof solution. and i definitely feel all the tools and skills i worked hard to provide it, it doesnt fucking use it unless i explicitly remember to tell it to use the most obvious fucking tool for the job. it doesnt ask for clarifying questions even though i clearly stated many times for it to do so and file that under the claude.md rules
it uses way too many tokens
it over speaks when clearly a short answer is what was wanted,
and it under explains always. ironically, with the stuff i explicitly told it to explain to me as if i'm a beginner.
the manual instructions it gives me never follow the rules i gave it which are simple. tell me exactly step by step and dont assume i know how to get something. also when asking for terminal commands have prompts in there that explain what i'm supposed to paste, and not have me figure out where to put it in the prompt every single time. just so many annoying little things
AND ITS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THIS LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE AND ANNOYANCES
