[BUG] Usage limit reached prompting upgrade when only 11% usage

What's Wrong?

WHen i try to use Claude Code on Sonnet 4.6, i keep getting barred from being able to use it citing "Usage limit reached".

What Should Happen?

Claude Code should not be disabling my session due to usage.
