[BUG] Release-notes become part of the context when viewed

What's Wrong?

Viewing /release-notes makes the release notes part of the context

What Should Happen?

When you view the /release-notes they do not become part of the context.

Steps to Reproduce

• Update CC to the latest version
• Start a new session
• Review the /release-notes for the latest version
• Start working
• Unexpectedly notice your context is much larger than expected, because the /release-notes have become part of the context
