[UX] It's easy to give performance feedback by mistake [1/2/3] when you meant to respond to a list of questions that an agent asked

It's happened several times in the past week, and each time I pressed [1] - Bad when I meant to answer question no. 1 that the agent asked. Best to prevent feedback prompt from sniping the input.
