[BUG][DESKTOP] Minimize window button not working on Linux (KDE Plasma 5)

What's Wrong?

The minimize button in the title bar of the Claude Code desktop application does not respond when clicked. The window remains open and visible with no change in state.

What Should Happen?

Clicking the minimize button should minimize the application window to the taskbar/panel.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Claude Code desktop application
2. Click the minimize button in the window title bar

Observe that nothing happens — the window does not minimize
