Fable API error for safeguards on a legitimate and safe local single dev AI project

Bug Description
This is a simple research project and I'm a single dev just learning AI and trying to make new architecture that's more efficient, yet Fable completely refuses to do any work in my current setting. I've had it work for most of the week so far, but now all of a sudden this is not allowing me to continue.
