[Bug] Update Command Fails to Upgrade Claude Code Version

Bug Description
the claude update command is not updating to the latest 1.0.113 version. I am on version 1.0.111 right now. Whenever I run claude update, it looks like it updated successfully, however it's always still on 1.0.111 every time. It doesn't even show any errors.
