[FEATURE] Cowork Project Context: allow custom link labels instead of raw URLs

Problem Statement

In Cowork's Project → Context interface, users can add links as project context. However, links currently display only as raw URLs (e.g., https://example.com/very-long-path/to/some/page), which is not intuitive. Users can't tell at a glance what each link is for or what it contains.

Provide two input fields when adding a link (name + URL)

When adding multiple design file links, name like "Homepage design v3" or "Settings page design" instead of seeing a wall of Figma URLs
When adding competitor reference links, name them by product name so you can find the right one instantly
When adding internal doc links, name them by document topic
