[Bug][cyber] Safety block halted defensive-hardening writeup after a frustrated exclamation, no real cyber ris (req_011CcGvUjqu7wkujn86e122w)

Triage: kind cyber · domain defensive-hardening · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): defensive-hardening

Why this is a false positive

Mid-session on a legitimate defensive-hardening document (access model, audit design, plaintext-transmission logging into an encrypted datastore), the block fired immediately after the user's frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant — no third party was addressed or threatened. The surrounding work was explicitly framed and treated as blue-team hardening of the user's own infrastructure, with no exploit development, targeting, or offensive intent present in the transcript. A safety gate that halts an entire legitimate defensive-security session over an emotional outburst mid-conversation, rather than any actual malicious request, is a false positive that disrupts in-scope authorized work.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 4 session(s); first seen 2026-06-21T19:02:19.664Z.
