[Feature Request] Add real-time clock awareness to prevent time-related state inconsistencies

**Bug Description**
I have a very very important improvement for Claude in general: it needs to become clock time aware. I have in so many cases that it just forgets that time passes, if it's forgetting to pull, overwriteing linear pages or going wrong with todolist items because it thinks it was already on the list while I alreday removed the item. Or being confused when asking in the same session about this morning update, but not uderstanding a day has passed. I think claude being aware of cl
