What Should Happen?
when I am giving/mcp commanf in Claude code extension in VScode - it should display installed Attlassian MCP sever also. As it is showing when I am running Claude outside of VS code in normal terminal

Install VS Code extension Claude Code
Now install Atlassian MCP server and activate or authorise it
Now run /mcp cpmmand in Claude code it should show Atlassian MCP under this list
