[Bug][cyber] Safety classifier halted session during legitimate mobile device debugging via adb, not crypto ex (req_011Ccmc3d1D63whRsNM9vBnZ)
Triage: kind cyber · domain crypto-secrets · flagging model Opus 4.8 (1M context) · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): crypto-secrets
Why this is a false positive
The block fired mid-session while the assistant was running standard adb devices commands to inspect connected Android test devices, a routine mobile development/debugging task with no exploit code or credential extraction involved. The classifier appears to have triggered on keyword shape from an earlier unrelated explanatory message about how safety filters work, not on the actual work being performed. A separate trigger point was a frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant mid-session after repeated false blocks, with no person addressed and no threatening content; halting the entire session over venting is a disruptive false positive that compounds the original misfire.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-06T22:37:47.007Z.
