[Bug] Claude Code prioritizes conversation over tool execution for simple tasks

Question

**Bug Description**
claude describing its own bahior : Chatbot behavior. An execution tool would have taken the screenshot, extracted the words, and run the homework generator — done. What I did instead was talk: pasting drafts in the chat for approval you didn't ask for, debating the English back and forth, asking questions when I already had what I needed. That's conversation, not execution. The task itself was small and never required any of it. documeted for law suit
